To subscribe the Variable Rate Mortgage, you may go to any of our branches of Unicaja Bank where we will be happy to attend you.

 

If you prefer, you may also apply for the Variable Rate Mortgage by filling in the application form and stating which branch you prefer to process it at. We shall shortly contact you.

Pre-contractual information

En virtud de lo previsto en la Ley 5/2019, de 15 de marzo, reguladora de los contratos de crédito inmobiliario, así como en la Orden EHA/2899/2011, de 28 de octubre, de transparencia y protección del cliente de servicios bancarios, Unicaja Banco pone a tu disposición:

 

- la Ficha de Información Precontractual (FIPRE), cuya finalidad es facilitar información clara y suficiente con carácter orientativo sobre los préstamos hipotecarios que oferta la Entidad; y

 

- las Condiciones Generales que utiliza Unicaja Banco en los contratos incluidos en el ámbito de aplicación de la referida Ley 5/2019

 

Condiciones genelares:

- Condiciones generales de contrato de prestamo en Euros a tipo variable con garantía hipotecaria.

- Condiciones generales de contrato de préstamo en Euros con garantía hipotecaria a tipo variable destinado a autoconstrucción.

 

Para obtener la INFORMACIÓN PRECONTRACTUAL indíquenos ámbito territorial, garantía y finalidad  del préstamo hipotecario que permitirá calcular el porcentaje máximo de financiación.

Para la  comunidad autónoma  de Andalucía, según la ley 3/16, de 9 de Junio, publicada en el BOJA de 16 de Junio, para la protección de los derechos de las personas  consumidoras y usuarias en la contratación de préstamos y créditos hipotecarios sobre la vivienda, Unicaja Banco pone a su disposición, además del FIPRE los siguientes documentos:

  • IDEP (Índice de de Documentos de Entrega Preceptiva)
  • DIPREC (Documento de Información Precontractual Complementaria)
