First check your POS terminals, both physical as well as virtual. If all your POS terminals are secure (3DS), that is, the physical POS terminals accept chip and PIN and the virtual POS terminals process all the transactions as "secure electronic commerce", do not worry, you do not have to do anything.

 

If all or some of your POS terminals are not secure, you must contact us as soon as possible at comercios.mpago@unicaja.es, where we will offer you solutions to allow you to continue operating with the best payment experience for your payments.
