Unicaja informs you that the data collected in this survey (first name, surname(s), e-mail address, telephone number, opinions expressed based on the survey) will be processed by this bank in order to improve the quality of services and undertake any actions it deems appropriate to continuously improve these services. Therefore, this processing is based on the legitimate interest of Unicaja to improve the products and services it offers customers and to learn about the level of satisfaction with them.
The customer also has the option to participate in a prize draw once they have completed the survey. Unicaja will request the customer's consent to participate in the prize draw, in such a way that the customer will have the option to answer the survey and not participate in the prize draw, or participate in the prize draw after answering, having to accept the processing of their data for the purpose of managing this participation.
The personal data obtained from this survey will be processed for as long as the contractual relationship is maintained. In this regard, Unicaja will retain the personal data once the contractual relationship has ended, duly blocked, during the statute of limitation period for actions that could derive from the relationship held with the data subject.
