  • For investment projects that promote sustainability and ecological transition, including: sustainable transport, renewable energy, decarbonisation, circular economy, climate change and water.
  • Possibility of financing up to 100% of the investment project, excluding VAT or similar taxes*.

ICO Company and Entrepreneur RRF Line

  • For investment projects that promote business growth and competitiveness.
  • Possibility of financing up to 100% of the investment project (excluding VAT or similar taxes). In addition, working capital needs associated to the investment project may be financed (up to a maximum of 50% of the amount to be financed).

ICO Company and Entrepreneur RRF Line (tourism industry)

  • For the self-employed and companies in the tourism industry.
  • Investment projects that promote sustainability and competitiveness.
  • Possibility of financing up to 100% of the investment project (excluding VAT or similar taxes). In addition, working capital needs associated to the investment project may be financed (up to a maximum of 50% of the amount to be financed).

FAQs of ICO RRF Lines

The ICO RRF Lines are financial instruments backed by European Next Generation EU funds and managed by the Official Credit Institute (ICO). Their purpose is to drive the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as to back initiatives that foster ecological and digital transformation.

The self-employed and private enterprises of any size.

They may be requested until 1 June 2026 and the transactions can be completed until 31 August 2026.
