Frequently asked questions about Unicaja loans
A personal loan is a transaction through which Unicaja places at your disposal a certain amount to money, which is stipulated previously, through an agreement in which you undertake the obligation of repaying the money within a specific time.
There are two kinds of loans:
- Personal loans: these loans are intended to finance specific needs at a certain time like, for instance, a home refurbishment.
- Mortgage loans: these loans are usually intended to finance the purchase of a home or other real estate.
You must be over 18 years of age to apply for a personal loan. In addition, the sum of loan's term and the oldest borrower's age may not exceed 70 years.
You must also have opened a current account at Unicaja. Furthermore, granting is subject to the institution's criteria after having conducted a risk viability study.
In order to apply for a loan at Unicaja, you will need to submit your national ID card or equivalent identity document, the last pay cheques you have received and your last income tax return.
It depends on of the loan you apply for:
- Study Loan: from a minimum of €5,000 up to the registration amount.
- Unicaja Salary Advance Loan: up to three pay cheques (maximum of €6,000).
- Unicaja Eco-Mobility Loan: up to €60,000.
- Unicaja Mobility Loan: up to €60,000.
- Home Refurbishment Loan: up to €60,000.
