The following are included in the monthly fee:
Maintenance of the first POS terminal.
Processing of Spanish card transactions up to the maximum turnover associated to the kind of flat rate subscribed.
Yes, you can. In that case, the maintenance fee is free for the first POS terminal and the rest will have a special price of €10 per month for each additional terminal.
The monthly turnover subscribed refers to the monthly turnover of all the POS terminals, including both physical and virtual devices, that operate under the same merchant number.
You will be able to choose the tranche that best suits your turnover, but you will not be limited to it, seeing as you can still continue processing transactions if you exceed the maximum turnover, but a rate of 1.10% of said transactions' amount (minimum of €0.35 per transaction) will be applied.
You can change the tranche to adjust it to your turnover as often as you need to. It is very easy. You just have to request it from your manager or go to your branch to sign the contract. It will be available to you as from the month following that of the signature.
In addition to the first POS terminal's maintenance fee, the monthly fee includes all the processing of any transactions made with Spanish cards. However, the shop will also be able to process foreign cards, to which standard terms and conditions will be applied (they are beyond the scope of the Flat Rate).
The maintenance fee for the first POS terminal** in any of the flat rate tranches amounts to €0.
* Spanish turnover exceeding the amount corresponding to the rate subscribed, which is settled at a rate of 1.1% of the transaction with a minimum of €0.35 per transaction, or turnover made with foreign cards are not included.

Easy-to-read small print
(1) This promotion discounts the Flat Rate monthly fee during the first 6 months plus the proportional part of the month in which the promotion is joined. It is valid for stores which register within the campaign period or in the 30 days before it starts, as well as for inactive stores that have not been open in the preceding 12 months which join the Flat Rate system in any of its billing tranches. The campaign period is from 24 September to 31 December 2024. They must join the promotion and sign a twelve-month uninterrupted permanence commitment with the Institution as from the date the promotion is joined. If a customer changes their Flat Rate plan for a lower tranche, they shall be deemed to have breached the permanence commitment. Consult the rules here.
