Manage your security

Go to "My Area" to manage security settings by clicking your avatar located at the upper left-hand side of the screen.


You can query your personal data, manage your security and set up your Digital Banking settings and contacts in "My Area". 


You can change your passwords in "Digital Banking login password". Just follow the recommendations step by step.

  • You can change your password in "Request or change Telephone Banking login password". Rember to have your mobile phone at hand to do so.
  • You can block your coordinates card immediately in the event of theft or loss in "Block Coordinates Card". The card you block will be rendered useless.
  • You can view all the information on the latest logins made with your Digital Banking username in the last 20 days in "View list of latest logins".
  • You can check the telephone number associated to your banking transactions in "Telephone to sign transactions".
