Go to "My Area" to manage and query your data by clicking your avatar located at the upper left-hand side of the screen.
You can query your personal data, manage your security and set up your Digital Banking settings and contacts in My Area.
- Query and change your personal contact data, address and economic activity and tax data. To be able to query and change this information you will be required to enter a security code and a position of the coordinates card, if you have one, for your own security.
- You can also view your signed documents and documents pending submission. Press each section to gain access to the relevant information.
- Create an alias associated to your Digital Banking contract and change your profile picture to personalise your experience.
- Query the consents for payments, data or funds you have granted to other institutions in third-party authorisations.
- You must go to any of our branches to correct or update any kind of personal data, such as a name, marital status or ID card number.
