Where can I request an account statement?

You can only obtain an account statement on the Digital Banking desktop version.

  • Go to the "More" option from the menu on the left-hand side.
  • You can find the "To request statement" option and select it in "Today I need".
  • Once there, select the account and the dates for the statement.
  • Once the process has been completed, you will receive the statement the next day in the "UniBuzón Messages" section, which you can access from the bell icon at the upper right-hand part of the screen.
