How can i query the points earned by a Children's Passbook?

Query the points you have earned with your Treasure Passbook to redeem them for items in the Fun Catalogue.


Go to the "Home" screen:

  • Click "Accounts" on the upper panel of the screen to easily query each of your accounts' movements, balances and detailed information in an organised and customised way.
  • Choose the "Treasure Passbook", which is the account the points of which you wish to query.
  • Select the circular "More" icon where different options will be displayed.
  • Choose "Account Details".
  • On the lower part of the account's details, choose "My points". This grants you access to the points obtained, the catalogue and order monitoring.
