How can I change my Digital Banking password?

Go to the "My Area" section from the upper left-hand side of the screen on the circular icon of your Digital Banking avatar.

 

In this section, you can query your personal data, manage your security and set up your Digital Banking settings and contacts.

 

In the "Security" block:

  • Click the "Digital Banking login password" option to change your login password.
  • Enter your current password and then the new password you want, following the security recommendations given for passwords.
  • Lastly, select "OK".
