How do I request a Telephone Banking login password?

Go to the "My Area" section from the upper left-hand side of the screen on the circular icon of your web page avatar.

 

In this section, you can query your personal data, manage your security and set up your Digital Banking settings and contacts.

 

In the "Security" block:

  • Choose "Request Telephone Banking login password".
  • Enter the security code sent to your mobile phone and, if required, the coordinate of your coordinates card.
  • Lastly, select "Sign".
