What is an alias and how can I assign an alias to any of my products?

An alias is a nickname you can assign to your account to identify it easily. For example: expense account, salary account, etc.

Go to the "My Area" section from the upper left-hand side of the screen on the circular icon of your web page avatar.

In this section, you can query your personal data, manage your security and set up your Digital Banking settings and contacts.

In "Set up your Digital Banking":

• Select "Display Options" and then select "Product Aliases".
• Once there, select the product family you wish to manage (accounts, cards, loans, etc.).
• You will then be displayed the product list. Choose the edit icon.
• Enter the alias you wish to give to the product.
• Lastly, select "Save".
