How can I obtain a balance or account holder certificate?

The certificates generated by the Digital Banking service are digitally signed by Unicaja. They are therefore official certificates and their issuance may involve costs for the customer.


Go to "Movements" from the main menu in order to obtain a balance or account holder certificate.

  • Choose the account for which you need the certificate.
  • Select the circular "More" icon. You will then be displayed a series of options from which you must choose the "Obtain account certificate" option.
  • Select the type of certificate you need and sign and complete the process by downloading the certificate.

To obtain a movement certificate:


If you do not need this kind of certificate for official purposes, you can obtain a movement receipt free of charge.


Go to "Movements" from the main menu to obtain a movement certificate:

  • Choose the account for which you need the movement certificate.
  • Once there, select the movement for which you wish to obtain the certificate from the list of your account's movements.
  • A menu will be displayed where you must choose the "Request movement certificate" option.
  • Sign to complete the process.
