What will we use your data for?
- To respond to any request you send through the website, the App or any other channel enabled for this. This processing is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a of the GDPR) by checking the relevant box if you are not a customer, or on the performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b of the GDPR) if you are a customer.
- In the event of a request for any subscription, processing, analysis and receipt of the documents and information needed to process a subscription application on the grounds of applying pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.c of the GDPR) at the interested party's request.
- Sending satisfaction and service quality surveys related to the actions taken, with the aim of improving our services and the attention provided, based on legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f of the GDPR).
- With your consent (art. 6.1.c of the GDPR), newsletter will be sent.
- With your consent (art. 6.1.c of the GDPR), to offer you Unicaja products and services and those of its corporate group and third-party collaborators, by any means, including electronic ones. This processing shall only be performed if you mark the consent request box on the forms in which Unicaja enables such boxes. If the form does not include that box, you will not receive any commercial communications. This processing shall only be performed if you are not a customer of the bank.
What are your rights and how can you exercise them?
You can access, rectify, erase, and object to certain processing of your personal data, as well as exercise your right to restrict processing and data portability, and request not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.
Likewise, you can also withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any of the communications you receive.
