What will we use your data for?
- To respond to any request you send through the website or the "Unicaja Móvil" App or any other channel enabled for this. If we have your consent by marking the relevant box (if you are not a customer) or on the basis of execution of the contract (if you are a customer).
- In the event of a request for any subscription, processing, analysis and receipt of the documents and information needed to process a subscription application on the grounds of applying pre-contractual measures at the interested party's request.
- With your consent, newsletter will be sent.
- With your consent, to offer you Unicaja products and services and those of its corporate group and third-party collaborators, by any means, including electronic ones. This processing shall only be performed if you mark the consent request box on the forms in which Unicaja enables such boxes. If the form does not include that box, you will not receive any commercial communications. This processing shall only be performed if you are not a customer of the bank.
What are your rights and how can you exercise them?
You may access, rectify, delete and object to certain processing, as well as exercise your right to the restriction of processing, to portability and to not being subject to an individual decision based solely on an automated process.
