Conditions for accessing real-time quotations and information on the processing of personal data.

 

In order to provide you with access to data on the prices of securities traded on the Spanish Stock Exchange Interconnection System ("Quotations") "in real-time" (i.e. with a delay of less than fifteen minutes from the time they are generated), it is necessary to submit, for the sole purpose of providing you with said access, some of your personal data: name, surname ("Personal Data") to  Cecabank, S.A., with C.I.F. A-86436011 and address at calle Alcalá, nº27, Madrid, who may input this data into a computerised file and process it.

 

Likewise, by virtue of the requirements established by Sociedad de Bolsas, S.A., as the entity legally responsible for the management and administration of the Spanish Stock Exchange Interconnection System, and with the sole purpose of enabling Cecabank to retransmit the Quotations "in real-time", your Personal Data may be provided by Cecabank to Sociedad de Bolsas, S.A.., with C.I.F. A79092573 and address at Alfonso XI, 6, 28014 Madrid, who may input it into a computerised file and process it.

 

You may exercise at any time, in relation to your Personal Data provided to Cecabank and by Cecabank to Sociedad de Bolsas, S.A., the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, by sending a communication to the person responsible for the files at Cecabank at the address indicated above.

 

In addition, your data will be included in Unicaja's computerised file, of which Unicaja is the data controller and processor. You can exercise your right of access, along with your rights to rectification, cancellation, portability, be forgotten, erasure and object through Unicaja's Customer Service Department (located at Avda. Andalucía, 10-12. C.P. 29007 Málaga).

 

It is expressly forbidden to copy, re-distribute, transmit, market or assign to third parties, directly or indirectly, by itself or by an intermediary, in whole or in part, data on index and security prices, information on financial news, analysis, opinions or recommendations on securities received, as well as to facilitate access to them, not even quoting their sources.
