By virtue of Order EHA/1665/2010 of 11 June 2010, implementing Royal Decree 217/2008 of 15 February 2008 on the legal framework for investment companies and other institutions providing investment services, whose articles have, to a large extent, been included in Royal Decree 813/2023, in terms of tariffs and standard contracts, Unicaja provides you with “Standard Contract for Safekeeping and Administration of Securities”. The purpose of this contract is to regulate the safekeeping and administration of securities and financial instruments and it must be accepted by all customers (retailers and professionals) who wish to carry out operations with securities and other financial instruments traded in national and/or foreign markets.
In the aforementioned contract, Unicaja offers you detailed information on the sub-custodians used by Cecabank for the safekeeping and administration of foreign securities, using global accounts when required by the normal process of negotiations on behalf of third parties in the corresponding foreign market. Unicaja is committed to keeping this information updated via its website. In compliance with this commitment, the information relating to global accounts is demonstrated in the following table.
