How can we improve?

- Systematically implementing improvement plans in both the Network of Branches and in Central Services.
- Adapting the management systems to the requirements established in ISO Standard 9001:2015
- Continuously training and making our workforce aware of quality of service through specific courses and various publications.
- Analysing and adopting the excellence models with the highest added value and that best adapt to the culture of Unicaja Banco.
- Analysing the information arising from customer claims and complaints in order to propose improvement actions that eliminate the causes of these incidents.
