Digital Banking Access
In order to make queries and transactions, you have 3 non-transferable login passwords: Username, password for identification in the service and a code from the code card that is equivalent to your handwritten signature.
- Access Digital Banking through a username and a password, which are supplied when you sign the corresponding Remote Services agreement. That means of access is reinforced by the Double Channel system that consists of sending an SMS to your mobile telephone with a code that you must occasionally input.
- In the case of using the Unicaja Mobile App, it is also possible to access ixt using biometrics (fingerprint on the devices that have it and Face ID on Iphone X).
- Transactions involving a movement of funds or modification of the initially agreed contractual conditions must be authorised by entering coordinates from your code card, which is also delivered to the holder when they sign the Remote Services agreement.
Furthermore, in order for certain transactions to have higher security, Digital Banking incorporates a simple procedure known as two-step signature. That is, when carrying out a more important transaction*, we will send a text message to your mobile phone with a code that you must enter on the screen to confirm the transaction.
*An important transaction will be any monetary transaction carried out through Digital Banking that, at the discretion of Unicaja, requires a two-step signature to provide it with greater security.
