Add card on iPhone

  1. Open the Wallet app.
  2. 2. Touch the + sign located in the upper right corner.
  3. 3. Follow the instructions displayed on screen.

 

 

Add card on Apple Watch

  1. Open the Apple Watch app on the iPhone.
  2. Touch Wallet and Apple Pay, and choose Add Card.
  3. Follow the instructions displayed on screen.

  1. Enter Adjustments.
  2. Touch Wallet and Apple Pay and choose Add Card.
  3. Follow the instructions displayed on screen.

What cards can I register in Apple Wallet?

Unicaja Mastercard debit cards, Mastercard credit cards, Mastercard prepaid cards, Visa debit cards (excluding Electron cards), Visa credit cards and Visa prepaid business cards of which you are the cardholder.

If I have various cards, which do I use in Apple Pay?

The application establishes a card as predetermined to make payments, you may change it through the actual Apple Wallet application or in Adjustments/Wallet and Apple Pay.

How can I change my favourite card in Apple Pay?

Within the Apple Wallet, you can select the card you want and drag it up to place it first, thus marking it as the default card for purchases.

 

Another option to change your default card is located in Adjustments/Wallet and Apple Pay, in the “Default Card” section, where you may select the card you want to pay with on your device.

How many cards can I register on a device in Apple Pay?

You can register up to a maximum of twelve cards on most devices and up to eight cards on some older models.

Can I return a purchase made with Apple Pay on the mobile telephone?

Yes. All you have to do is follow the instructions provided by the store where you shopped.

What is my card token in Apple Pay?

The token is the safe identifier of your real card and consists of 16 digits. You may find the last 4 positions of the token within the Apple Wallet. Select the card, go to information and it is displayed as “Device account no.”.

 

This may be necessary in two situations:

  • When you perform a return, as the last 4 positions of the token will be displayed on the ticket.
  • Contact Center: if you want to carry out any formality related to your card on Apple Wallet, the Contact Center may ask you for the last numbers of the token.

Where can I query all the payment movements made with my mobile phone on Apple Pay?

The bottom of your card will always display the last movement you have made with it. To see the rest of the movements, you have to access the button at the top right and enter "transactions”. There you will have the list of the last 10 purchases made on that device.

 

It is important to know that if you eliminate the card from Apple Wallet, the record of operations will no longer be displayed.

What would I have to do if I have to cancel or renew my card in Apple Pay?

If you have to cancel or renew your card, the new card data will automatically be updated in the Apple Wallet.

 

If the conditions of your card change, add the new card to your wallet.

Will the payment card be blocked in Apple Pay if I deactivate the physical card in Digital Banking?

Yes, for security, when you turn off your physical card, your Wallet card is automatically suspended in Apple Pay.
