It has all been designed to make recommending Unicaja much easier

(1) Promotion valid for natural persons of legal age who are Unicaja customers, holders of at least one demand account at said institution and Digital Banking users. You must sign up for the promotion by signing the "Registration Document", which will be available until 31 January 2027, and share the code with your relatives or friends who are not Unicaja customers (for this purpose, any person who has been involved in any way with some kind of Unicaja product and/or service in the last 12 months will not be construed as a "New Customer"). In order to receive the benefit amounting to €50, the person thus invited must meet the following requirements: be a natural person of legal age, be a new customer of the institution, open an account and be the main account holder thereof, redeem the code provided by their host, and get a salary or pension equal to or greater than €600 directly deposited into the account or directly debit self-employed social security contributions equal to or greater than €50.  As regards the HOST, both incentives are deemed for tax purposes as a capital gain not subject to a Personal Income Tax withholding or payment into account, without detriment to any possible tax benefits for making donations that the HOST may claim in the relevant tax return. The customer will be liable for fulfilling any obligations they are legally subject to and Unicaja will thus be held harmless from any such liability. (2) Offer guaranteed until 31 March 2027 for new customers who open an account between 1 October 2026 and 31 January 2027. This offer is available to individuals who have not had any Unicaja product or service in their name in the last 12 months. Only one account per customer is allowed. No maintenance or administration fees. Typical example: if you maintain a constant average balance of €50,000 for a year, the interest you will earn amounts to a gross amount of €1,260.36 a year if an APR of 2.5207% (AER of 2.55%) is applied. Interest is settled on a monthly basis. The typical example and AER mentioned above have been calculated for a twelve-month period, assuming that the APR of 2.5207% remains constant throughout that period. The amount of interest shown is merely a calculation example. The interest rate indicated is only guaranteed until 31 March 2027. The interest the account bears may change as of 1 April 2027 depending on the evolution of market conditions in accordance with the product's terms and conditions at any given time and after notice thereof has been given to the customer pursuant to the legislation which applies. Hence, the interest that may actually be earned might be less than the amount shown in the typical example. Any interest earned is subject to taxation and deemed as investment income in accordance with the legislation currently in force.

(3) Promotion valid until 31 January 2027 for customers and new customers who get a salary or pension of a net monthly amount equal to or greater than €600 paid directly into their account or directly debit self-employed social security contributions equal to or greater than €50, provided they have not been directly paid or directly debited at Unicaja in the last twelve months. A monthly payment of €23.63 net will be received if the salary or pension is between €600 and 1,199€ or of €30.38 net if the amount is equal to or greater than €1,200, or if self-employed social security contributions equal to or greater than €50 are directly debited. The amount is conditional upon meeting the requirements in each period, may not be combined or be retroactive, and will be received for at most 12 months. No permanence requirement. A registration document must be signed and the terms and conditions must be met within at most three months of registration in order to take part in the Bizum promotion. The incentives are deemed as investment returns and subject to taxation. In order to take part, you must sign up for the promotion and enable the Bizum service at Unicaja. Customers who register and enable Bizum within the promotional period may obtain a 5% cashback for purchases made with Bizum from online merchants or with Bizum Pay at brick-and mortar stores during the twelve (12) months following registration up to a maximum amount of €10 gross (net amount of €8.10) per month and up to €120 gross (net amount of €97.20) in total.
