The ICO Facility* for Companies and Entrepreneurs is available to the self-employed, companies and public and private entities (foundations, NGOs, etc.). It is also available for individuals and communities of property owners who want to rehabilitate buildings, common areas or housing.
Make your productive investments in Spanish territory ** and cover your liquidity needs through this specific credit line to apply for 100% of the capital you need plus VAT or tax of a similar nature.
You have a term of up to 20 years to pay off the loan at a highly competitive interest, with a period of grace on the principal of up to 3 years. If you use the credit to finance your company's working capital, you have up to 4 years to repay it and a grace period of up to 1 year.
You can use this line of credit to purchase new or second-hand production fixed assets (including VAT), to purchase passenger cars or to acquire companies.
