Main fees:
Unicaja Basketball Mastercard Youth Debit Card maintenance fee: €0 per year.
Fee for debit cash withdrawals made from ATMs with cards:
€0 fee for debit cash withdrawals made with cards at ATMs belonging to Unicaja Banco, S.A.
The entire amount of what the ATM's owner charges Unicaja for said withdrawal. In other words, Unicaja Banco will pass on to the customer the amount institutions charge Unicaja Banco for any debit cash withdrawals made by the customer from ATMs belonging to other institutions from Spain (other than Unicaja Banco), the Eurozone, Sweden and Romania. We inform you that the amount the institution which owns the ATM you are withdrawing cash from will charge Unicaja Banco should be displayed on screen when you are making the withdrawal. Unicaja can pass on said amount to you. In any case, you can query the areas in Spain where we won't charge you for the first three ATM debit cash withdrawals per month made with a card to offset our lack of an extensive ATM network in those provinces. 4.00% (minimum charge of €3.50) in all other countries. We will charge this fee for debit cash withdrawals made with cards from ATMs outside Spain, the Eurozone, Sweden or Romania**.
Fee for foreign currency transactions other than the euro: 3%. This fee will be applied to the resulting euro countervalue amount of all foreign currency transactions (purchases and cash withdrawals) made with the card according to the exchange rate obtained by the payment systems on the date when the relevant settlement is made.
In order to apply for the Unicaja Basketball Youth Debit Card on your Digital Banking service, you just have to be the holder of a Unicaja account and not have another Unicaja Basketball Youth Debit Card associated to that account.
You do not need to submit any additional documents to sign up for your Unicaja Basketball Youth Debit Card. You just have to log in to your Digital Banking service, apply for the card and select the account it will be associated to.
When you receive your card, you can activate it on your Digital Banking service or by making any transaction that requires entering a PIN at ATMs or shops. You can also set it up for making online purchases on your Digital Banking service.
In order to use your card abroad, you just need to enable this option on your Digital Banking service. If you travel to a country that uses the same currency, you will not be charged any fees when you make purchases.
However, if you travel to a country with a currency other than the euro, a 3% fee will be applied to each transaction. This fee will be calculated on the euro amount of all foreign currency transactions (purchases and cash withdrawals) made with the card according to the exchange rate used by the payment systems at the time of settlement.
