How can I obtain a "Zero-Debt" certificate for my loan?

Above all, take into account that the loan must be paid off or redeemed in order to obtain a zero-debt certificate.

 

The certificates generated by the Digital Banking service are digitally signed by Unicaja. They are therefore official certificates and their issuance may involve costs for the customer. Follow the steps below to obtain it:

  • Press "Loans" on the upper panel on the "Home" screen.
  • Once there, you can view a list of your loans in the "My Loans" section.
  • Select the loan for which you need the certificate.
  • Once the loan has been selected, the "Zero-Debt Certificate" option will be displayed.
  • Sign and complete the process by downloading the certificate.
